At Carpenter Smith Consulting, we truly believe that a LEADER is: any individual who influences their world and is willing to be influenced by their world, regardless of position or title. In my role at CSC, I\'m a fierce ally and mentor, supporting my clients with possibility-thinking, so that they can move forward past the obstacles that have been holding them back. I\'m a dedicated activator and accountability partner who uses simple frameworks to help them pursue their goals in more purposeful, fulfilling ways. I build communities of support and encouragement, through small women’s groups. I facilitate a safe environment where women can help each other work toward more fully claiming their power, increasing their impact, and expanding their influence. I develop relationships with the community through online groups, interactive speaking engagements, and team workshops that are geared toward teaching people about mattering to themselves and demonstrating to others that they matter.
