My professional experiences have given me amazing opportunities to build, coach and lead high performing teams and scale systems and initiatives that have increased organizational impact across talent acquisition, talent development and talent management spaces. I’ve had the privilege of leading people-centered efforts including, building an in-house executive search team that met 100% of its driving goals year over year, coached and developed staffing teams on recruitment performance levers that aligned expectations and mindsets for a proficient recruiter, scaled a talent acquisition structure that responded to our needs, and coached educators and corporate leaders around how all those fit together and inform their leadership and goal attainment. What I’ve discovered over my journey these past several years is that my truest north is bringing the people pieces of an organization into alignment through strong systems and authentic support that results in a psychologically safe place for staff of diverse backgrounds to feel supported, developed, and energized.

   Jeremiah’s mission is our unapologetic and laser-focused commitment to single-parent women by providing resources, tools, and access to some of the most systemic barriers: housing, education, and economic stability. Jeremiah Program is a nonprofit organization that offers one of the nation’s most successful strategies to help families transform from poverty to prosperity two generations at a time. Using a combination of quality early childhood education, a safe and affordable place to live, and empowerment and life skills training, we have impacted the lives of more than single mothers and their children since we were founded 20 years ago. We firmly believe that education is a powerful lever to disrupt the generational cycle of poverty.
