I am a Partner in the Investment Funds practice. My clients include complex hedge funds as well as open-end and closed-end private credit, real estate, private equity, venture capital and other private capital funds. I have particular experience forming semi-liquid and evergreen funds in illiquid asset classes. I also advise on the negotiation of funds of one, co-investments, seed deals, and other strategic relationships. I’m often asked to speak about fund terms and trends, including semi-liquid funds, the rise of private credit, and capital raising. I\'ve been listed in Crain\'s New York Business 2023 as a Notable Woman in Law, and was named one of the Hedge Fund Journal\'s 50 Leading women in Hedge Funds in 2022. I am also noted in Legal500 as a key lawyer for liquid funds in private equity and recognized by as a leading Investment Funds lawyer.
