I have over 19 years combined experience in project management, clinical team management, clinical research, people management, and critical care unit nursing. I am credentialed as a registered nurse.As a Clinical Lead I have a proven track record of driving end-to-end clinical deliverables across regional operations. I lead high-performing teams through site activation, project execution, and risk mitigation, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment. With deep therapeutic knowledge and a proactive, data-driven approach, I guide strategic planning, team training, and stakeholder collaboration to consistently achieve project goals. I’m passionate about bringing structure, clarity, and leadership to complex clinical trials.In my previous roles, I have successfully managed multiple international industry-sponsored trials, ranging from Phase I to Phase IV, in various therapeutic areas including rare disease and device trials, neonatal, pediatric, and adult critical care. I have established a reputation for excellence in conducting complex studies, achieving high recruitment and retention rates, resolving data queries, reporting adverse events, and ensuring compliance with ICH, GCP, and FDA guidelines. I have also developed and implemented study processes and protocols, supervised and trained a team of clinical research staff, and coordinated between different departments and stakeholders.
