As one of the first members of the Customer Success team, I helped shape the customer journey and set the foundation for a scalable, high-touch experience in a fast-growing startup.I helped shape the customer experience, worked closely with cross-functional teams, and launched programs that built trust between families, childcare providers, and the Customer Success team — all while improving retention and engagement.
