Oversee the execution of all digital marketing programs and initiatives for our consumer brands: Big O Tires, Midas, NTB and Tire Kingdom. This includes all of our SEM/paid search programs, and SEO programs, display & re-marketing campaigns as well as site monetization programs. Lead a team of search professionals and ensure we are hitting our targeting KPI performance thresholds. Devise strategies to drive the most efficient customer acquisition tactics to grow store revenue and continually drive new customers to our stores in a variety of business categories. Work collaboratively with our web analytics teams to report back to our Executive Management, Field OPs team, Store Owners and Regional Ad groups. Work closely with our web development teams on UI/UX, code pushes to increase the index-ability and prominence of our consumer web properties in search engine results pages in relevant business categories to connect with in-market shoppers. Work closely with each brand team to ensure all promotions are being pushed via SEM tactics and that we are supporting key initiates each brand needs.
