At the core of my work is a passion for using AI and smart strategy to make those connections stronger, more personal, and more effective.At Hum, I work with publishers in the scientific, technical, and medical space to create marketing strategies that are both personal and effective. I help clients use their data to better understand who they’re reaching, what their audience cares about, and how to improve engagement across every channel.Hum’s Alchemist AI gives publishers a practical way to use artificial intelligence without needing a data science team. Its tools include adaptive tagging (Taxonomy), content analytics (Insight), audience activation (Engage), smart search (Search), and tools to speed up peer review (Review). These tools help publishers break down silos, simplify their workflows, and discover new revenue opportunities. My job is to help clients put these tools to work in a way that supports their goals and creates real results.What I enjoy most is helping clients see what’s possible when technology is used to support better communication.
