I am the firm\'s Tax Credits Team leader. I concentrate my practice on affordable housing and community development and real estate law. I represent developers and housing authorities in the acquisition, development, sale, and financing of affordable housing and community development projects and other tax credit projects, including conventional and subsidized construction mortgage loans, negotiation of construction agreements, and property tax exemptions and PILOT agreements. Serves as examining counsel for several title insurance companies. Represents commercial and residential landlords in evictions proceedings, lease drafting and negotiation. Represents telecommunications companies in new site acquisitions, site compliance review, title review and leasing matters. Represents lenders in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, including conventional mortgage, Small Business Administration guaranteed business, building and construction loans.
