   Drive quality standards and alignment with state regulations and Generations Best Practice through ongoing examination and updates to the Quality Enhancement tool- Project Lead for onboarding new communities to the Generations portfolio, adding 6 communities in a 12 month period during the COVID-19 pandemic- Administrator, workflow developer, trainer, and main point of contact for our communities for Electronic Health Record, Plant Operations, Learning Management, and Customer Satisfaction software platforms- Developed and trained clinical team on new Assisted Living assessment tool to ensure a positive impact on care revenue, improvement on assessing resident care needs, and improved nurse and caregiver efficiency- Implementation and management of monthly Quality Metrics reporting, and participation of 100% of Generations communities providing data to support national quality initiatives with National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL)- Coach Executive Directors as they apply for AHCA/NCAL Quality Awards- Deployed COVID-19 vaccinations by creating and managing project plan, resulting in all communities completing vaccination deployment by or before March 2021.
