The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is a major state agency responsible for maintaining one of the nation’s largest transportation networks. Its organizational structure includes divisions dedicated to engineering, field operations, planning, policy, workforce development, construction, finance, information technology, human resources, communications, and executive affairs. Together, these teams work to deliver a transportation system that meets the needs of Ohio’s traveling public.
