As a former Division I Cross Country and Track athlete at Syracuse University and later a coach at Georgetown, I am a lifelong lover of type two fun. These days that shows up as organizing weekly community cold plunges, trail running, backpacking in the beautiful PNW outdoors, and teaching holotropic breathwork to business leaders and my local community.
