A Certified Administrative Professional with over a decade of administrative experience, I bring a versatile skill set to the table, encompassing outstanding customer service, multi-tasking prowess, complex calendar management, project oversight, accounting acumen, and HR proficiency, including payroll and onboarding. My career has been characterized by a relentless commitment to organization and an unwavering attention to detail. In my current role as a Program Coordinator, I serve as the right-hand person to the Director of the Heath Integrated Business & Engineering Program (Heath IBEP) and the Edwards Assistant Dean and Director of Integrated Engineering Design (IED). My responsibilities revolve around ensuring program and event coordination, facilitation, and maintenance to uphold overall program quality and operational efficiency. The Heath IBEP, a pioneering initiative bridging Engineering and Business students, demands not only program management expertise but also seamless communication and collaboration between the colleges. As the coordinator, I thrive in managing daily operations, leading special and recurring projects, and meticulously planning events. My journey is driven by an unwavering pursuit of excellence. I pride myself on delving deep into program intricacies, processes, and procedures, constantly seeking opportunities for enhancement. Embracing change and learning new skills are among my greatest strengths, making me a valuable asset in any dynamic environment.
