In her years in leadership at Conner Strong & Buckelew Companies, LLC, one of the largest privately-owned insurance brokerages in the Country, her area of responsibilities has expanded. In addition to leading the General Counsel\'s office, she heads Claim Advocacy and Consulting, a major division of CSB, and has shaped it into a market differentiator, with an emphasis on inclusion, diversity, clear communication, and enhanced value for company and customer alike. Since she moved to Philadelphia in Heather has been a civic leader, actively engaged in providing legal representation to abused children, improving educational equality, enhancing inclusion in employment and contracting opportunities, and supporting good governance at the state and city levels.
