Represent Canada before international tribunals for arbitrations involving major infrastructure projects, oil and gas development, offshore wind/clean energy programs, natural resource development and telecommunications under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)/Canada United States Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), and other international trade agreements:• Represent Canada in the negotiation of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Agreements (FIPAs);• Provide legal advice to various Government departments on the consistency of government measures with Canada’s trade and investment obligations.
