Stepped in amid significant staff turnover, rebuilt culture from the ground up, and restored team cohesion while delivering for clients without interruption.• Co-created the Pandemic Compliance Advisor credential in 2020, partnering with Health Education Services to develop a first-of-its-kind curriculum that gave the events industry a safe path back to in-person meetings. Received the Global Adaptation & Innovation Award from the Event Industry Council and the Conference Hero Award in 2021.• Led production of Pope Francis\' World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia, managing logistics for 1 million attendees across multiple venues. Coordinated with the diocese and city stakeholders while keeping operations seamless under extraordinary complexity.• Directed a international convention in Atlanta across three major venues including the Georgia Dome and Georgia World Congress Center.    Recruited to lead the team of managers, directors, and senior directors through the production of client conferences ranging from 50 to attendees across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, managing a $10M portfolio.When I joined, the organization was navigating significant change coming out of COVID. I saw an opportunity to build something stronger together. We created shared values, refocused on our vision and mission with full team participation, redesigned workflows, and implemented structured performance and growth paths for every staff member. Through this period CM rebranded from Conference Managers to CM Event Solutions, a better reflection of what we deliver for clients.The culture we built became strong enough that several employees who left came back.
