   As the Director of Event Marketing & Promotions I coordinate strategic promotional plans for hosted and third-party events and work as part of the events team in all areas of event management. My responsibilities include: Creating and implementing event promotional strategy and timelines, managing and coordinating event marketing deliverables by working with appropriate marketing team members, project management for events and other marketing projects as they relate to events, manage marketing relationships with stakeholders including the gathering of important event details, approvals, etc, building and testing registration sites using Cvent, writing and reviewing copy for events and other promotions, managing apparel and promotional items for our internal marketing storefront, managing relationships with member associations, creating event-specific PPT materials, event logistics and other duties as needed.
