Project and operations leader with end-to-end ownership of residential and commercial construction projects, including remodels, renovations, gym builds, and residential homes. I manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and delivery.My background combines hands-on project management with long-term operational leadership. Prior to construction project management, I spent several years leading full-scale operations with P&L responsibility, team development, KPI tracking, and process improvement. That experience shapes how I run projects today: with accountability, financial discipline, and a focus on outcomes rather than activity.I am known for stepping into complex or high-pressure environments, creating structure where there is ambiguity, and driving projects forward without unnecessary noise. I work directly with clients, trades, engineers, and vendors to keep scope, schedule, and budget aligned, while resolving issues quickly and decisively.My experience is grounded in real-world delivery, not theory.
