Now, with knowledge and gratitude, she\'s on a mission to empower others.She states becoming a mother transformed everything. She started to shift her focus to prioritize the well-being of her children. However, she realized as a mama you can’t “pour from an empty cup”. During her journey for answers, she recognized a significant gap in holistic care during critical stages like preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Traditional approaches often overlook the vital role of gut health, metabolism, genetics, and nutrition, which lay the foundation for our children\'s health. Inspired by the desire to provide comprehensive holistic care for mothers and their children, she founded this functional medicine practice.
