Buying Manager for the Healthcare category which encompasses medicines, vitamins / wellness and sports nutrition. Currently managing two colleagues and a broad supply base across branded and own label products. I am skilled at identifying and onboarding new suppliers as well as managing exit in accordance with GSCOP requirements. No two days are the same but key parts of the role include joint business planning, negotiation, planning and analysing promotions and events, forecasting / P&L management, reviewing market data (Nielsen / Kantar), building and maintaining ranges and coaching and developing my team.
