I am the Business Analysis Manager for Customer Solutions at Fifth Third Bank. I am passionate about my work and always eager to collaborate with others. I am organized and thoughtful about how I present and document recommendations for review, allowing project teams to evaluate recommendations or trends for any concerns, risks, or additional actions.Before joining Mortgage, I began my career with Fifth Third Bank as a Consumer Leadership Program Participant. The Consumer Leadership Program at Fifth Third Bank selects individuals with high potential to become leaders to rotate through various areas within the Consumer Bank.
