Filling the Open Space, LLC serves those who aid vulnerable children, adults, and families. With expertise spanning diverse backgrounds, from culturally relevant case management practices to organizational learning, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of both individual clients and contracting agencies. Our trainers and consultants bring extensive experience working with human service agencies along with mastery in classroom engagement and adult-learning principles.As the Director of Filling the Open Space, I am deeply committed to strengthening the delivery of services to vulnerable populations by elevating and empowering human service professionals through training, skill development, consultation, and coaching. Drawing from over 15 years of experience managing and implementing continuing education programs and organizational development projects while leading a diverse team of instructors and consultants, I am well equipped to drive positive change in service organizations large and small. I have had the honor of serving more than 150 county, state, federal, and tribal organizations in 21 different states, commonwealths, and countries thus far. My work with these remarkable organizations includes- Managing the development and delivery of 4,500 plus trainings- Serving more than training participants - Completing culturally sensitive needs assessments and implementing over 100 organizational development projects - Supporting the engagement of service providers while overseeing in excess of 75 keynote and motivational speeches.Please visit our website at fillingtheopenspace.com for more information.
