I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with 11 years of Cerner experience as a project manager, team lead, analyst, builder, testing team lead, and trainer. My experience has included full life cycle implementations ( Cerner Millennium and Community Works), including software selection, to sun-setting (Legacy) an EHR. Some of the areas I have worked with are Acute Care, ancillary departments, and Ambulatory Clinics. I have experience with analytical work, service tickets, workflows, Data Collection Worksheets (DCWs) and Design Decision Matrices (DDMs), IT testing and scripts build, order set review, dynamic PowerPlan with Discern rules, designing order sets, data mapping, developing, documenting and demonstrating workflows, process mapping, and gap analysis. I have activation project management experience focused on meeting the goals of physician compliance and best practices. I have experience with C-Suite, both in leading meetings and reaching key performance indicators. I have developed documentation showing improved outcomes based on support and education. With an analysis of the needs of the clients, I have made recommendations to utilize resources for fiscal responsibility based on resource skill sets. I have created and modified curriculums to achieve adoption success. Cerner Clinical Lead for Community Works Implementation

Lead multi-disciplinary team to successfully implement large-scale Cerner Community Works integrated system and operational change efforts. Teams included acute care, ED, ambulatory services, 29 clinics, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy. • Understand the client expectations and participate in appropriate steering committee and status reviews with the client. Develop with the rest of the client team a shared set of objectives and expectations that enables successful partnership between the teams. Established governance and change management practices for site. • Develop timelines and project plans for the completion of the assessment and full due diligence process. • Monitor progress toward key milestones; provide regular client updates; escalate issues as appropriate to internal and external stakeholders. • Functional expertise to deliver upon specified workstream deliverables and actively communicates with both clinical client teams and Cerner technical build teams to ensure the solutions meets requirements. • Oversee the design of the Cerner Community Works software configuration and customization to meet the clinical process design and product requirements while capturing clinically driven revenue. • Drives system validation processes and provides guidance across all levels of implementation testing. Reviewed and updated testing scripts for appropriateness during the three integrated testing phases. • Standardization: Assure solution design is within requirements of vendors model definition and documenting variance • Collaborate with client leadership and Cerner leadership regularly to understand operations and application requirements and share this understanding with the various teams.
