About Heather Kimball

I am passionate about partnering with people as they learn and grow, especially as they navigate complex challenges and interpersonal conflict. As a restorative practitioner, I am honored to walk with people who have experienced harm and those who have caused harm as they discover their own resilience and design their own paths of healing, justice, and repair. As a coach, I partner with clients to find what is true in themselves, grow in their capacity to navigate complexity, and chart their own best bath forward. As a training facilitator, I elicit insight and engagement from groups of learners, helping them to build powerful connections, both with the training content and with one another. As an educator, I approach everything I do–including otherwise punitive student conduct processes–with an eye toward student development, well-being, and growth. And as a mother of three young children, I am constantly challenged to practice patience, humility, and self-reflection as I support my kids in their learning, growth, and day-to-day stumbles and sibling tussles!
