About Heather Parbst
I help founder-led and family-owned organizations practice a more conscious leadership—less drama, more responsibility, candid conversations, better decisions. At CLA, I lead Owner Transition Advisory & Family Governance, drawing on a background in psychology, facilitation, training, and consulting (construction, manufacturing, family enterprises).I partner with owners, leaders, and families navigating transition, change, or conflict. We clarify what matters most and upgrade communication and decision-making so goals become attainable, execution becomes possible, and trust grows.Within my CLA role I design and lead: high-stakes decision/offsite facilitation; workshops, peer forums/circles; focused 1:1 coaching for founders and successors; and conflict-transformation work. I use insights, presence, and mindful communication to create environments where people feel safe to lean in and do the hard work.
