Heather has 7+ years performing hydrologic and hydraulic investigations, designs, and construction oversight projects in Montana and throughout the country. She has experience designing riverine sytems, assisting in stormwater MS4 program management, obtaining permits, drafting construction documents, overseeing construction activities, updating FEMA maps, preparing specifications, and creating informative layouts in ArcPro in ArcMap. Her hydraulic analyses have consisted of 1,2,3-dimensional modeling to examine river mechanics, floodplain connectivity, and fish passage/barrier designs. In the past two years I have championed development of stream restoration task orders, budgets, and led stream restoration design efforts. These design, technical, and project management skills have provided me a solid foundation in riverine analysis and project delivery.
