Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist presently supporting Leidos\' Enterprise & Cyber Solutions (E & CS) Defense organization, Army Mission Partner (AMP) programs, and previously supporting their Cyber and SIGINT Solutions (CSS) organization situated within the Intelligence and Homeland Security group. In my current role I provide full life cycle recruiting support in an effort to staff cleared Information Technology roles situated within the U.S. Department of Defense customers Leidos supports. Focused on staffing infrastructure and security positions including: Technical Team Leads, Project and Program Managers, System Engineers, Network Engineers, Network Security Engineers, Unified Communications, VDI, Audio/Visual Engineers and Technicians, Cyber Security Engineers and Analysts and more. Previously supported staffing of fully cleared: Intel Analysts, Watch Officers, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) software engineering, development and testing as well as Systems Engineering and Administration based opportunities. This role requires a creative approach to the traditional recruiting methods, focusing on networking opportunities, social media and building rapport. Continuously engaging in recruitment strategies, diversity initiatives and community collaboration efforts.
