After five years, I transitioned into client success—where I discovered my true passion for helping businesses thrive through long-term strategies and trusted partnerships.That shift naturally led to leadership. Today, as Team Lead & Account Manager, I balance two passions: helping clients achieve their goals and mentoring team members as they grow in their careers. I contributed to the company reorganization efforts by training and supporting teammates transitioning from other departments, helping them navigate new responsibilities and systems.
