As a senior administrator in higher education, Dr. Roberson brings over 17 years of experience fostering transformative change in college and university settings. She is a leader in curricular innovation, in championing comprehensive programming for college students, developing professional development opportunities for faculty and staff, and refining community partnerships. Heather works collaboratively with higher education professionals to construct data informed, student centered initiatives that prioritize excellence both on campus and in their surrounding communities. Dr. Roberson\'s work in higher education is rooted in teaching, mentoring, consulting, and leading alongside faculty, students, staff, and community members. With extensive experience in undergraduate teaching/research, cohort development, and critical civic engagement, Heather strives to cultivate constructive spaces for impactful learning and growth for all members of a college campus. Dr. Roberson is a self-starter who thrives when she can be a servant leader as she creates systemic change.

Spearheaded the reactivation and chartering of a historically Black Greek letter organization.
