I\'ve a broad experience of all aspects of commercial real estate work including corporate support, landlord and tenant, site assembly, pre-lets, finance, investment disposals and acquisitions - with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure.Work experience: a wide range of development, asset management and investment work:1. Energy & Infrastructure - I\'ve established myself as a key member of our Energy and Infrastructure Team - example work includes the day to day English real estate lead for a leading European EV charging operator who is present in 16 countries with over charging points installed (enabling 1mill charging sessions each month) providing support on its ambitious expansion plans into the UK market. Again, day to day real estate lead for a new entrant to the solar market whose business model is to sell energy to home owners in return for a fixed monthly subscription charge. Other general E&I work includes acting for both operators and landowners on rooftop solar and battery storage - in majorityof cases, this has involved an option or an agreement for lease with subsequent lease/transfer, easements, substationleases together with the DD and client reporting. I also have experience (albeit limited) with onshore wind,bioenergy, ground source and energy from waste;2. Development - many BTR forward funding and BTR forward commit transactions – GDVs in excess of £100m. Representing developers on promotion agreements relating to both residential and commercial developments. Conditional contracts/AFLs/options for commercial use (i.e care home, office) and residentialuse for leading housebuilders; 3. Refinance – preparing, reviewing and reporting on many CoTs; 4. Investment - a wide range of general real estate support on a £2bill property investment portfolio;5. Housing - recently acting for a leading UK house builder on the acquisition of a site with planning - GDV £75mill.Acting on the investor site of the acquisition of long-income social housing investments.
