TASI Measurement is a global industrial measurement and monitoring business. We provide temprature, level, flow and pressure instruments necessary to measure and control industrial processes and monitor our environment. As the Director of Talent Acquisition, I am responsible for designing and implement the talent acquisition strategy, developing processes, creating how-to’s, SOP\'s, and training for the HR team and hiring managers. I manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for a wide variety of positions across TASI Measurement’s business units (including manufacturing, technical, engineering, and corporate roles). I work closely with HR partners and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies and understand the business needs. I source, screen, and present qualified candidates and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience by providing timely communication and follow up. I leverage job boards, social media, and my professional network to build talent pipelines for critical roles. I help develop our campus recruiting efforts for all businesses. I use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes. I contribute to recruitment marketing efforts, including creating engaging job postings and leverage social media to enhance employer branding. Assist HR Business Partners with pre-hire assessments, making offers, launching background screenings, pre-hire onboarding tasks and documentation. Collaborate with HR partners to support workforce planning and hiring forecasts. Stay up to date with compliance and employment laws and internal hiring policies across states and countries.
