   Oversee all internal operations at the Museum, including the Finance, Human Resources, Education, and Visitor Services Departments-For Finance, create and monitor museum-wide budgets and track accounts receivable and payable-In Human Resources, recruit, hire, onboard, and train new staff. Conducted an audit of existing HR processes and, in response, have created more efficient, staff-centered procedures. Manage benefits, including medical insurance and the IRA and FSA plans-Manage the Information Technology processes with an outside consultant and oversee Website Development. Coordinate the Museum-wide and Events Calendars-Oversee Education Programs and Community Initiatives, including exhibitions and programs in the Pollack Family Learning Center, school partnerships, a poet-in residence program, senior programs, as well as Arte Juntos/Arte Together, a bilingual preschool program for recent immigrants. Responsible for oversight of Building Bridges, a long-term partnership with the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility. This team also organizes Young Artists, a high school exhibition held at the KMA, now in its 43rd year, which features artworks from more than 40 schools-Created new initiatives such as Open Studio, a weekly drop in Family Workshop, and Drop-in Drawing, a monthly adult sketching series in the Museum\'s Galleries. Created Family Fundraisers such as the Family Tea Party and produced large-scale outdoor concerts in the Museum\'s Sculpture Garden. Organized staff-wide trainings focused on DEI and work with neurodiverse visitors-Manage the KMA\'s Visitor Services team, which includes hiring and training of front-line staff. Have revamped this program with an eye towards customer service. This group also serves as event staff and gallery guards-Created a new retail space and bookstore for the Museum, with thoughtfully curated goods for adults and kids and books by Phaidon.
