   As a Housing Counselor & Educator I oversee our Maine Homework\'s approved homebuyer education programs and have been an approved instructor for 5 years now. We hold regular classes every month in Bangor & Rockland, please fee free to reach out to for a list of upcoming classes. I also assist clients in credit repair & building to help them to get ready to purchase a home or just build a better financial picture. In addition to the services listed above I work with Maine homeowners who are behind on their mortgage and possibly facing foreclosure navigate the process. I speak at the courts in Bangor, Rockland & Ellsworth in the informational sessions, explaining to homeowners what to expect in court foreclosure, their rights, timelines, good faith and what possible options are available to them if they are trying to retain their home or have a graceful exit.
