Leads Project Administration Team. Serves as the PA on the majority of education projects since joining the firm. Work with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents and Subcontractors to ensure consistent and accurate documentation and processing. Worked on project Contracts with the Construction Manager as Advisor delivery method as well as Construction Manager as Constructor. Works closely with Architects and Owners on Contracts, Submittals, etc. to make sure the project runs smoothly from open to close. Daily activities include writing contracts, change orders, change order request letters, submittals, checking insurance for compliance. Works with AIA Contracts, contract negotiation, contract and insurance compliance.
