Responsible for managing and administering political investment activities for large member driven association. Spearhead political investment initiatives and enhance grassroots advocacy with a specificf ocus on outreach in rural communities. Develop and execute annual fundraising plan, exceeding organizational fundraising dollar and participation goals for the first time in association history. Create donor database and reporting systems to track program effectiveness. Uphold all compliance standardsa nd campaign finance regulations. Educate membership on local, state and national legislative activity.Plan political candidate training programs, community development meetings with city staff, REALTOR®Day at the state capital, and a minimum of 3 mid to large size fundraising events annually. Manage the regional Grant Program, successfully securing multiple community grants. Represent the organization by serving with other community organizations; EDCO Board of Directors, City Club of Central Oregon Forum Planning Committee.
