Every choice is a new adventure, an inimitable step down my path to fulfill this eagerness to create.~ I\'m going to go ahead and get cliche with it. lab rat for life! Over a decade of working in a lab in some facet of plant science R&D and thankful for all of it. Magic is science and I can\'t go without the magic that I see happen in the lab! Professional writing was once a dream, now I’m immensely thankful to revel in this artistic outlet. Listening to agricultural industry professionals discuss their work, bursting with passion and overwhelming optimism, is as enjoyable as watching a movie for me. They spend their days tending to their crops and customers, and nights planning and worrying about the next detail. During interviews, the knowledge damn breaks and it\'s all or nothing! I say pass the popcorn and spill the beans because I can’t wait to learn all about it. Joyfully submerging myself in the facts and details of each assignment allows me to construct stories that illuminate the imperative topics of our trade. I thought I would be an Elementary School teacher growing up, but science was too fascinating and full of mystery, so I found my niche in Plant Science during college. Well, life has a way of pulling you around and around and sometimes you make a full circle. I found an opportunity to teach English as a Second Language online from home. It has been a beautifully rewarding experience in more ways than I initially anticipated. Now my full circle is a bright yellow smiley face :)~Challenging myself to take on new adventures fills me with strength, optimism, and gratitude.~

   Teach English as a second language to nearly 300 students through online tutoring sessions to children ages 4-16 all over China. Have delivered 994 classes over approximately 500 hours.
