I possess over 16 years in various roles of customer service within the financial industry. During this time, I worked 10 years with Fidelity Bank; known as Ameris Bank now. In multiple positions to include my role as an officer of the bank. I started as a teller and worked my way up through promotions to be a well-rounded administrative professional with experience in numerous operational areas. Over 8 years ago I was introduced to projects, decided that I enjoy working on them and had a knack for it. I have been successfully managing high-visibility, complex projects to optimize business processes through traditional and agile practices.
