About Heather Love

I grew up loving all sports, from soccer to surfing to yes, even break dancing. I think that was likely when I first learned of my keen knack for negotiation…getting your mother to agree to let you leave in the middle of the night to head out surfing was no easy task. Getting her to actually wake you up so you didn’t sleep through your alarm was monumental. I was also that “go to” person to help solve a problem. Whether figuratively or literally. I was known as MacGyver for those of you who remember the TV show. Taking those two traits, I went off to school thinking I would be an attorney. After getting my paralegal degree to learn the legal side of things, I quickly realized my instinct of problem solving and efficiencies took over and I jumped into SaaS for the legal industry. I have spent 25+ years helping customers with analyzing their workflow and improving efficiencies. With technology being such a critical part of the way everyone works today, IBM was a perfect fit. Now I help my team and our customers with operational excellence, employee engagement and implementing new ways of working to be the most collaborative, productive and secure. My MacGyver set of tools are now #IBM
