WORK HISTORY
Community Impact Manager @DuPont
I lead strategic initiatives that drive community impact and employee engagement across Michigan and beyond. I manage DuPont’s charitable donations portfolio throughout Michigan, fostering meaningful partnerships such as our collaboration with Habitat for Humanity International - coordinating both financial and in-kind contributions, as well as volunteer build events. I spearhead the “Building Thriving Communities” sustainability goal for Shelter Solutions, aligning our efforts with broader corporate responsibility objectives. My role includes developing and executing internal and external communications strategies for DuPont sites in Michigan and Shelter Solutions, and I serve as the communications lead for many of our Employee Resource Groups. I also facilitate community impact-related external communications for the VP & GM of Shelter Solutions as needed. In addition to chairing the many internal leadership meetings, I am passionate about creating inclusive, purpose-driven narratives that elevate our brand and strengthen our connection to the communities we serve.
