With a focus on health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), my role at Chiesi USA leverages extensive expertise in evaluating value-based adoption and implementation strategies. Collaborating across 15 states my efforts support hundreds of IDN’s. My collaboration is equally important to understand the full comprehensive perspective of both landscapes of the internal and external customer to be as effective as possible. The mission to provide impactful economic analysis and value-based considerations is at the forefront of my approach, aiming to optimize healthcare delivery and reimbursements.My tenure in specialty sales both in Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals within hospital settings has honed my ability to manage complex cardiac and critical care markets, working intimately with emergency departments, operating rooms, and intensive care units. These experiences have not only sharpened my sales operations and leadership skills but have also strengthened my proficiency in risk stratification and health economic impact analysis. Recognized for my contributions with the prestigious President\'s Club Winner honor in 2023 and most recently honored with 2024 President ‘s Club win.
