Responsible for leading the billing and business process optimization functions across the enterprise. Striving to ensure high levels of accuracy, performance, and reliability within the processes. This includes the management of customer usage/billing information in order to maintain and provide accurate data for our nearly ~80k customers. Provide internal consultation, utilizing Business Process Optimization and Change Management models, to conduct process evaluations, risk assessments, capacity utilization studies, LEAN events, and overall project management.BPO Goals/Objectives:• Develop a structured management approach to achieve business goals by improving productivity, increasing overall efficiencies, and establishing roadmaps• Utilize business process modeling to graphically represent processes and workflows• Introduce and incorporate the use of project management approaches, i.e. Journey Mapping, Six Sigma, Lean and Agile to the culture• Create accountability, stability and maintenance protocol to effectively measure projects (KPIs)• Promote continuous improvement and quality management
