Heather has more than twenty-five years of experience supporting collaboration, strategy, and research to advance sustainability, enhance public policy, and improve organizational decision making. Prior to joining Meridian, she led climate and energy efficiency strategies for the University of Maryland and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Honduras. Heather lives in suburban Maryland with her husband, two teenage children, and a beloved Pitbull mix. She enjoys swimming, traveling, and exploring historic and natural places close to home in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) region.
