About Heather Lagarde
Heather LaGarde is a Founder and Co-Owner of the Haw River Ballroom. She is the Senior Strategic Partnerships Advisor for IntraHealth International. Born in Chapel Hill, she has lived in New York, London, Geneva and West Africa and now resides with her family on an old dairy farm in Saxapahaw, NC.
