I love my job! I am honored to be a part of something that assists our community achieve goals, financial stability, build assets and to feel secure in life. To bring the knowledge that all of us, no matter where we come from, can be successful in our own lives. In my role at Goodwill, I lead an amazing team whose mission and passion is this work! Through the Centers for Strong Families program we offer long term support to Goodwill vocational school graduates through (1) employment and work growth support through the Career Hub.(2) financial coaching through the Financial Opportunity Center. Plus the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, a fantastic program made up primarily of fabulous volunteers who give their time and smarts to prepare Federal tax returns for low income community members.
