I primarily have two functions. One, I ensure the appraisers are able to use our database correctly and that their profiles are updated. Two, I deal with the money my department receives. This includes making sure we receive it, as well as pay invoices to ensure appraisers are paid in a timely fashion. I also assist my co-workers with any tasks they need help with, such as technical support or cold calling appraisers for orders. Additionally I sometimes act as an admin to the staff appraisers in my department and screen orders for accuracy.Starting in Oct. 2019 I also assist loan officers/admins with the ordering of environmental reports, screen them for accuracy, and send them out for review.
