Co-led overhaul of financial policies and internal controls to ensure employee accountability, fiscal responsibility and overall efficiency of the practice. Co-founded \"A Space for All\" educational and advocacy organization in Greensboro to improve awareness, access and treatment of eating disorders. Met with State Legislator during Social Work Advocacy Day to advocate for passing HB 280. This legislation stops the automatic practice of trying as adults all 16 and 17-year-olds in NC.
