Provides strategic candidate sourcing for tough-to-fill roles for our Sales, Services, and Manufacturing teams using LinkedIn Recruiter, Nexxt, Indeed, and Workday Applicant Tracking System. Provide subject matter consultation to hiring managers and partners to align on resource needs. Contributes to the development of and implements an effective recruiting strategy plan that impacts the ROI of the overall business.(i.e. workload, candidate flow, quality of hire, etc.) Proactively approaches talent acquisition challenges and gains market intelligence to stay competitive. Actively looks for process improvements, brings ideas forward, and implements as appropriate. Ensure interview teams are equipped to interview through regular coaching and training. Serves as a change champion in support of Talent Acquisition initiatives and implementations. Partners with the interview team, Talent Acquisition Coordinator team, business partners, and candidates to own the experience from application to offer. Member of our HR Connect Team.
