I am a senior in house legal executive with deep experience guiding complex global industrial businesses through growth, transformation, and operational challenge. My career has been built inside high performance manufacturing and industrial organizations where legal strategy must be practical, fast, and aligned with the realities of engineering, supply chain, operations, and global markets.I have served as General Counsel of a $5B global manufacturer and as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of a Fortune 500 company, advising CEOs, Boards, and executive teams on governance, SEC reporting and disclosure, enterprise risk, commercial strategy, compliance, and global operations. My experience includes leading cross functional proxy teams, overseeing SEC filings, supporting Board and committee meetings, and strengthening governance frameworks across multiple business cycles.Beyond governance, I bring extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, leading global litigation strategy, managing investigations, and building ethics and compliance programs that scale. I have led and restructured global legal teams across North America, Europe, and APAC, and I am known for developing high performing, collaborative teams that operate with clarity, accountability, and purpose.I thrive in industrial and manufacturing environments where the legal function is a true business partner, helping leaders make informed decisions, anticipate risk, and move with confidence.
