I\'m passionate about creating positive environments for learning, whether online, in the classroom, or in the swimming pool. At the University of Alberta, I\'ve enjoyed teaching undergraduate classes and conducting research on motivation, particularly in sport and exercise contexts. As an instructional designer, I apply my knowledge of motivational theories to create effective, engaging eLearning for long-term behaviour change.
