Hi, I’m Heather. I’m an innovative, entrepreneurial Talent and Creative executive with 18 years of experience at the intersection of talent and new media, where I have built key programs and initiatives to drive revenue growth, inspire network and brand loyalty, and create iconic viral moments. Having been on multiple sides of the entertainment industry, my sweet spot is at the intersection of emerging talent and crafting cutting edge content for multiple platforms. Highlights include: • Increased revenue by 3x during my tenure at Kevin Hart\'s comedy start up (LAUGH OUT LOUD) • Led creative in brand partnerships with P&G, Lyft, PepsiCo (Mountain Dew)(LAUGH OUT LOUD) which resulted to 2 Streamy Awards. • Developed and launched MTV Digital\'s most successful digital original MTV\'S FOLLOWING BRETMAN ROCK which has garnered over 50M views and over 135M minutes watched.(PARAMOUNT) I’m no stranger to high stakes situations while continuing to deliver an amazing product and finding fun throughout the process.
