Lead the Production Operations organization in all human resources strategies and initiatives. The Prod Ops organization consists of over exempt, nonexempt and hourly employees across 11 primary sites. Work closely with 2 Vice Presidents of Production Operations as well as staff directors, site directors, and managers to facilitate and deliver HR initiatives and processes (such as Talent Management Process, Workforce Planning, Merit Planning, Atlas Perform, promotion planning, rewards and recognition, etc.) to enable the client group to meet their critical business objectives. Provide direction and guidance as a leader of an HR staff located in Dallas and Orlando in support of the Prod Ops organization, while working closely with HR site leads at all MFC locations to coordinate and execute enterprise-wide organizational strategies. MFC HR lead on Corporate Production Council.
